Sponsoring bills, motions and appropriations that turn a need into enforceable law and a budget line for the whole federation. Ọyọ Central gains as every district does.
Constituency projects
Directing federal capital and zonal-intervention projects into named communities in Ọyọ Central. This is the lever pointed squarely here.
Advocacy & oversight
Drawing federal agencies and development partners to the district, and using committee power to make sure allocated funds are released and reach the people.
